What's not better than an airy and good scrambled egg on toast? Anyone can make scrambled eggs, but not everyone does it right. The key is patience and a proper frying technique.
Today we're sharing our favorite way to make scrambled eggs
Scrambled eggs on toast
What you need:
3 eggs
1 tablespoon liquid (water or milk)
Toast
Himalayan salt
Oil of your choice
And this is how you do it:
Crack the eggs into a bowl, mix in the liquid and whisk very well. You shouldn't have white bits from the egg white in the batter.
Grease the frying pan with oil and pour the mixture into it.
At the same time as the frying pan heats up, you must constantly stir the scrambled eggs in the frying pan. Please note it's all about low heat.
When the scrambled eggs have reached the perfect consistency, you can take the plate away from the heat. It should be firm, but not dry.
Put freshly fried scrambled eggs on warm toast and top with a little Himalayan salt.
Remember that if you didn't get it right the first time, just try again. You'll fix this easily :)
